Edward Ocampo-Gooding <3 UX, Interaction Design, APIs, software development, and BizDev, so that’s exactly what his job entails as a Developer Advocate at Shopify running the Shopify App Store. When he’s not asking “What do you like to make?” and figuring out how to turn that into a partnership with Shopify’s 16 000 merchants, he’s probably cool hunting on Github or HN.
At night he basically does the same thing as an Open Data Ottawa lead organizer, and Awesome Foundation trustee.
Edward has led past lives as a freelance developer, extreme pastry chef, and downhill unicyclist.
