Andrew Ross is Founder and President of the Free and Open Source Software Learning Centre.
Andrew has been developing and using open source for over a decade and teaching using open source since 2004. He is also Director of Development at Ingres where he leads a team of software engineers. Notable is their Geospatial project developing code to store map data in Ingres databases. Andrew is also a charter member of OSGeo.
