Good programmers vs. bad programmers

OSGeo and OGC agree to memorandum of understanding

The Open Source Geospatial Foundation (OSGeo) and Open Geospatial Consortium signed a memorandum of understanding. The agreement promotes close collaboration between OSGeo and OGC, especially in the area of open source reference implementation of OGC standards.
