Getting started with open mobile development on the Openmoko platform

This presentation will describe the steps to get started with open embedded development on the Openmoko platform. It will cover:

• the preparation of the development environment
• the creation of a simple first project for the platform
• the execution of an application inside the emulator
• the creation of a distribution package
• the production of a complete custom distribution
• the addition of new hardware components
