Who are the ultimate open source speakers for SC2011?
We've been running our annual conference for a few years now. I think it's fair to say that this year's conference in August was the best yet. The talks were outstanding, lively discussions in the hall and foyer, the food was great, the venue was excellent, and organization/ logistics were smooth and efficient thanks to a very talented team. Judging by comments/feedback and the fact the party went until 4am... people had a great time. We're starting to think about next year and need your help.
If you could pick anyone involved with open source today, ANYONE, who would you like to hear speak at next year's conference? Our promise to you is that if you tell us who you want, we'll do our best to bring them.
Would you like other content covering topics such as: astronomy, robotics, role playing, etc? Would you like more activities before and after the conference?
We're looking for your advice and ideas to make 2011's conference even better. Thank you kindly for your help.
Please send your suggested to events at fosslc dot org. We'll create a poll to let people vote on the top choices.
