Site upgrades

We have applied some patches and updated to the latest version of Drupal core this weekend. Please comment if you spot anything unusual.

Also, we've recently made some theme and cosmetic changes that should make the site render better for smaller screens.

Also, we've recently enabled functionality to let you browse content by Category or Communty. It should make it a lot easier to find content. We'll be going back and retroactively tagging older content to make it easier to find as well.
